Party was very helpfull. We told him our dilema on how a different Party
Bus organization (PartyBuses.com) double-booked our reservation and
called us back 9 days before our Senior Prom telling us we wouldn't be
able to have our bus. 1 Place 2 Party was all booked up, but Marv gave
us his resources in helping us find other companies that will take our
business. He was extremely helpful and we could tell he honestly cared

I have used 1place2party for my wedding (oct) and my 30th Bday (march)
and wow. Thank you Marv - you have made two milestones in my life
awesome. The buses were clean and the music was rocking. Marv even
watched out for my guests. If he noticed one girl wasn't doing so well
he made sure someone aware of her. Wow what bus compnay would do that?
His professionalism, his charm, and his personality made my days great.
Even with a snow storm/ice storm Marv drove safe and made sure we had a

CommentsWe reserved a party bus through Black Bear Entertainment a month ago for my bachelorette party on February 23rd. We were supposed to get picked up at 9pm but rec'd a call at 3:30 stating the driver had been in an accident and they had to cancel. We didn't want to cancel the party because everyone was all set to go and we didn't just want to be stuck at one bar. After calling a few bus companies with no luck, we called 1 Place 2 Party and Marvin found us a bus at the last minute! He was the nicest guy to deal with, he matched the price of the company that cancelled on us and made sure we were all taken care of! The driver drove all the way from Rogers at the last minute to bring drive a group of wild and crazy women around the cities. The bus showed up early so we had plenty of time to gather up the troops and take off. It was the best night of my life! I would recommend 1 Place 2 Party to everyone! what the animal buses did to me,These people are the WOREST in the
business. My mother and sister were looking for a company to rent a
party bus from for my Bachelorette Party on Feb 2 2008. We reserved a
bus with a striper poll, it was not perfect THEY DIDNT SHOW UP us girls
had to try and call a bus company to get a bus last minute!! It was a
busy night Marv said at 1place2party he would try to get us a bus but he
couldnt find one big enough for 45 girls. Everyone was so mad we had
girls fly in from all over the U.S. for the party planning to get on a
bus and party with ME, But the BUS was a NO SHOW and they didnt even
have the courtesy to call us to cancell let alone they wont answer my
calls to them. I will never use another transprotion company except
1place2party he gave us a good quote the first time but his buses dont
have have any stripper poles, I also Thank Marv so much for trying to
make our night a great and fun night he called all his contacts but no
luck getting a bus that night.We also seen where the animal buses lost a

Instead I messed up and called the wrong number and a same color copied green bus showed up and said it was the Jungle Bus from partybuses.com. IT WAS NOT THE RIGHT BUS. Then they had the nerve to say they would use the coupon and special from 1 Place 2 Party for their bus. Can't they run their own business without copying from another business? |

set up with another company for a 21st birthday party but we got a call
3 hours before our pick up time saying the bus had broke down animal
buses do that alot we hear. We also found out they were going to screw
us over with the price and type of bus. 1place2Party.com saved the
day with a really cool clean bus!!! In 3 hours they got our entire party
planned and it could not have been any better! We haven't had that much

I had 4 different driver marv and daryl and mike and toni they where the best and made us feel so nice and treated us like friends.We will only use them in the future and recommend them to all who need a party bus The lights they have in the buses are the coolest and the stereo is kicking and has great sound and rocking.We have 5 more trips planed in the next 12 months and will use 1place2party on all of them as well as our friends.They have specials at most bars and Lone Tree and the Annex is FREE and they are the only company with this discount but you have to be on their bus for that and pull up to the door. service you guys provide SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS!!! The 30 of us went on one of your
buses it was the WORST nights ever! Everything was not as promised and the bus
was filthy and smelly . Our driver slow man was RUDE and very slow at servicing
us we could not of had a worse night! The driver tryed to get lap dances and
other stuff from us. I would tell anyone looking to have a great night with a

had the worlds best driver Marvin also the bus was very clean, great sounding
radio,and the coolest light show we liked the fact that we could smoke in it and
that our driver Marvin was so patient and very very nice he had good ideas for
the bars with no cover he also took the time to call to make sure we wouldnt
have to pay a cover before we wasted the time going to the bar marvin knows most
free bars. It really turned out to be a good night and we look forword to

CommentsI had the jungle bus Saturday October 13th to celebrate my 23rd birthday and everyone had a blast. Marvin was very professional and helpful in plans before hand...he even put a keg tub on the bus and mentioned that we could fill it with ice for booze even if we weren't going to have a keg. Our driver was Darrel and he was awesome! We didn't have to wait more than a couple minutes between calling him and him coming back to the bar. He made sure we got home in time so I wasn't charged extra, and was game for driving around before heading home. I had a blast and will definitely use 1 Place 2 Party again!!!! ~Andi |

CommentsI have never had a better time in my life. The bus was awesome, But what made it great was the bus driver Marvin. At no time ever did we have a problem with the pick up he was 20 minutes early, so let's just say 1place2party is amazing. I also left my phone on the bus, so I called the company and they found it for me right away and offered to drop it at my house.We had rented from the other party bus company but was detained for hours when dot inspected in april 07 and found alot of stuff wrong with the bus we where inspected on a 1place2party sept 1 2007 bus was done in no time all good we are very very happy with 1place2party call them they are great |

CommentsI have had a reservation with Partybuses.com since March 07 and when I
emailed to confirm the bus and the reservation I was called back a few days
later from Allen (Al) that the bus I rented was no longer in commission and that
partybuses were willing to offer me another bus for the same price which
appeared to increase to about $200. I cancelled my bus and began hunting down
other bus companys. I called Lorenz bus service who unfortunately does not have
service in Mpls however they luckily gave me a reference for 1place2party. |

My sister rented the "Ocean Bus" for my bachelorette party (and my fiance's
bachelor party, we did a duo thing at the end of the night) and I have to
say, the bus really made the night!! My friends had an absolute blast and
they have all mentioned that the party bus was so much fun and such a great
idea. Bachelorette party planners take note...if you call ahead and say
you're on a party bus, they will not charge you cover at the bars...so well
worth the investment if you can get everyone to chip in! Our bus driver was
so nice, and the bus was clean. A fun atmosphere, my friends (AND my fiance
and I) had the most fun they've had in a long time! Thanks for making our

I am to say the least upset and I am hoping you will put this on your
website since the animal bus company will not print negative comments about
there company. I had a bus rented for March 17, 2007 with them and not
only was it a no show, I did not even receive a phone call telling me they
were not showing up. They just plain skipped my trip and I had all
these people waiting. The owner will not call, and they have offered
nothing to make up for it. The reason "something about a fax not being
received" fax to who? what the he** does that have to do with it
coming? Take note party bus riders go with 1 Place 2 Party they always
show up! I will never ever use the other bus company and I am
spreading the word so no one else uses them and they are a no show with my

I know this is a late entry but it slipped my mind to come here and leave a
message! I have been renting buses for several years now and people come to
me all the time for recommendations on who they should go to because of the
great experiences that have had with the buses I have rented from 1 place 2
party! Recently a friend of mine was just asking me about 1 place 2 party
and I realized that I had not left a message. So we started to reminisce
about the party we had on Halloween ’06! What a blast we had!
Since I am the party planner I always have other issues to worry about like will the bus be on time? Will the driver know where to go? Will the bus be clean? Will there be toilet paper? I always have the added stress making sure that all of my guests are satisfied with the money that they have spent! Again this year we had another wonderful experience! I have used the animal stripped buses several times and have had problems
every time heard about 1 place 2 partybuses. And so we tryed them and they
where the greatest buses they have been the best time we have ever had and
they have the coolest professional drivers . The buses are so clean no green
mold in them and so nicely decorated that you forget they where school buses
at one time. I have never had a better time and they where the best and made
us feel so nice.We will only use them in the future and recommend them to
all who need a party bus. The lights they have in the buses are the coolest
and the stereo is kicking. They also have big bathrooms on the buses for the
not so small people and allow KEGS on the buses . Like I said before we will
only use them for all our trips and you would not be disapointed if you use

I am an exchange student from Slovakia and so far I visited lots of
interesting places in the USA but last Thursday I experienced something
really really cool and fun. I spent a night with my friends (those from
Slovakia but USA, too) in the tropical bus and we really liked it. Not just

We had a GREAT time!!! Everything went very smooth, Krista,our
driver was awesome! We gave her a big test when we had her
pull into a tavern that sits on a hill-side....she backed right in like
nothing! Everyone clapped and cheered for her!!!!!!!!! Your
bus was great...music, lights, everything! All the gals gave compliments
and asked where the heck I found you!!! Thank you, thank you.....I also
appreciate the energy you put into getting us the tropical bus, how cool! Take

CommentsWe used the limo bus for our friend's 21st birthday August 20. She was the last one and we all wanted to be together. We took the bus to dinkytown and downtown Minneapolis. It was a great time! Marv was really flexible and friendly. We all were very satisfied with our experience. We got to drink , smoke and dance and didn't have to drive! What could be better? The bus was super clean and there was plenty of room for our large group to drink, dance and have a great time. The ride back was THE BEST with all of the lights and the music...EVERYONE had a fantastic time and were very impressed with your service. You and all of the other drivers are saints for putting up with wild and crazy groups day after day...you can tell that you are really good at what you do! CommentsIf anyone happened to look at the safety record which is spotless. The reason for this being hours of dedicated maintenance. Being 1 of the 2 mechanics that work on these buses I can testify to that. After seeing all the comments about how clean and good running the buses are. I wanted everyone to know what goes on behind the scenes to make this all happen. I would estimate the busses get 10 hours or more of maintenance per trip. Which includes cleaning, mechanical inspection and repair, driver pre-trip inspections, etc. As you can see by the comments that have been left by others, the buses are not in poor condition by any means. Because the busing industry is so heavily regulated on the state and federal level it is required so everyone can have a safe time partying with Marv and his crew. P.S. You can smoke on the bus, but none of that wacky tabacy. It still cracks me up to hear Marv tell new clients that over the phone :) |

Michelle is our regular driver and she makes all the trips a blast! These buses blow any other "party bus" that I have seen out of the water! Thanks so much for the great, great, great, did I say GREAT time we had on Sunday May, 08, 2005 when you brought Darla's Sunshine Angels to The Race for the Cure. The bus was awesome for this ocassion. We were picked up in front of my house and brought to basically the starting line for The Race for the Cure at The Mall of America. All my Sunshine Angels were there with the exception of one who was up to late studying for finals, but she eventually made it and met us while we were hanging out. (I was so happy that we all started out together). Then we were off to the race! We had a great time during the walk as we lost a few balloons and Heather raced to catch one! It was awesome to come back to the bus once the race was done and crack open the Champagne and celebrate 2 years cancer free! Yeah!!!!!! I can't thank you two enough for the great time had by all. I think I'll have some new walkers next year ,as many heard what a great time we had and can't wait to participate and join in on the fun on the bus! We enjoyed the great music and lights you provided us as well. We're thinking what can we do next so we can get the bus out again! It's an experience I'll never forget. CommentsI have used their buses 3 times in 3months and they have been the best time we have ever had. .The buses are so clean and so nicely decorated that you forget they where school buses in their former use. I had 3 different driver marv and daryl and michelle and they where the best and made us feel so nice.We will only use them in the future and recommend them to all who need a party bus. The new lights they have in the buses are the coolest and the stereo is kicking. and rocking.We have 3 more trips planed in the next 5 months and will use 1place2party on all of them.They have specials at most bars and Lone Tree and the Annex is 2 for 1 and they are the only company with this discount but you have to be on their bus for that and pull up to the door. CommentsI was so shocked when we got on the bus they where like walking into a living room and so clean and the carpet and painting on the walls. we where so happy we had rented from marvin and his drivers where top notch we will be renting from them from know on for all our trips. CommentsI was far beyond pleased with the busses from 1 place 2 party. for our PROM TRIP. The decorations and stero system and there GREAT LIGHT SYSTEM made for a great atmosphere we didnt want to go to the dance instead stay on the bus. The busses were really clean, and the bus driver went out of their way to keep us entertained.and made sure we had a great time and safe trip .It made for a great party on the way to and from our outing. We were able to Dance on the bus and had everything else that you need for a great party on the bus. I would recommend the company for all your outings they do any kind of trip , I plan to use them again when Iwe do the PROM thing next year and tell all the other kids about them for next year. CommentsWe went through 1Place2Party for our Prom and we had a blast. Our driver was really cool and did everytyhing she could to make us have the best time possible. She was really flexible with us when we had extra time she drove us around so we could keep dancing and having fun before our dinner and before the actual prom. When we arrived at the prom almost everyone in our group wanted to go back on the bus because we were actually having more fun on the bus then the Prom! Their services are really great and we will definately be going through them again for our senior year and I would recommend them to anyone for any occasion. CommentsWe used a bus on april 16th and it was the greatest we had ever used.The driver and the bus where perfect and we had a great time we where inpressed with the inside of the bus and all the art work. They have a really kicking stereo and cool party carpet in the bus and allow kegs so try them out you will not be disapointed.. Have seen the other party buses and these guys are relly fantastic with the lights and their KICK BUTT stereo.We have 2 more trips already boooked with them.And will use them for all our bus needs in the future and suggest that you do give marv a call and get an amazing bus experience that will make your party a great success. CommentsI booked a bus through 1 place 2 party for my daughters bachlorette party. when alot of friends told me about this awsome company. From the start to finish we could not have been any more pleased. The owners were very nice and very willing to accomodate us and our needs. The bus arrived on time and it was awesome! The busdriver went out of his way to see that my daughter and all her wild friends had a time of their life and that each and everyone of them arrived safely home and was told that all their driver have atleast 10 years driving experiance. The bus was very nicely decorated and clean. I would highly recommend 1 place 2 party to all my friends and suggest you do the same. We had a BLAST! CommentsHey Marvin, this is Jennifer , I had a party bus on Sat, April 9th. We were so lucky to have Krista as our driver, she was AWESOME! She did everything she could to make sure that this night was special for me. When she arrived I was trying to get my money together….i had a handful of people decide last minute not to come, so I was short on money! She informed me it was cash only so I was frantically trying to scrounge some up. She noticed how upset I was about it and told me I could write a small check even though she is not supposed to let people do that! (Don’t get mad at her Marvin, it was SO very helpful of her to let me do that) This party bus experience was THE BEST TIME I think I have ever had. If I could I would get one every weekend. Thanks so much and make sure to thank Kirsta as well for making my 24th birthday the best one ever! Next time I get a party bus I would love for her to be our driver again. |

The best part was nobody had to worry about driving, we already had a safe, fun, reliable ride lined up. I recommend this to all of my friends, and we're already planning another night to rent one. CommentsWell we used one of there buses over the weekend of feb 5 2005 and found they are so cool and the drivers are really nice and they make the party so enjoyable.We have never had such a good time on a party bus and they are the best in the cities and will use then when we have more trips. So call and book with them you will not be unhappy with the bus or their service. And they have a really cool free gift for everyone and a drawing evey 4 months for a trip. We had so many of the kids at the dance come and look at the bus they thought it was the coolest bus they ever seen. CommentsDriver was told by the person that ordered the bus that it was ok to run a couple of the people to another bar cause the others were staying at the one bar for awhile. We have to listen to the main person if it is within reason, the driver was doing as he was told by the main person. It is not our practice to do this, but the person who ordered the bus, and is in charge of the bus trip is the boss. THE BUS DRIVER |
CommentsIt wasnt the fact of the parking downtown, its the fact that he left and went to a different bar, without telling half of the party goers. Standing in the middle of downtown , during the middle of January in the freezing cold without a jacket on, isnt the most pleasant feeling. |

CommentsTwo weeks in a row windows have been broken on the buses, the people responsible are upset because they have to pay for the damage to the windows. They are writing negative comments in our guestbook. It is unfortunate that they feel destruction of property by them makes us a bad company. It is also unfortunate that parking in downtown Minneapolis is as it is....non-existant for buses. Parking by the Target Center is about it, but we gladly pickup up at the door if allowed by the Mpls Police Department on that particular street. This is all beyond our control. Before you bad mouth us for such things as this, please know the facts...or take care of your own destruction, you would ask no more of yourself! Ask any of the big tour bus companies and they will tell you to call 1 place 2 party they try to make your event a real pleasure. We had a great time with the kicking stereo and the cool lights and they dont do bait and switch .All there buses are cool and they have a new MTC bus that is cool to it will be a selestuail bus that will be really cool when done it has a kicking stereo and lights and booth seating and couch seating around the back tables in the booth area Tonya C St Paul |
CommentsI was on a different bus the animal buses for a bachelorette party earlier this summer and it was nothing compared to the cool ones from 1 Place2 Party. The bus from the other company was not clean and stunk didn't have a good stereo system so we couldn't her our music and it didn't have any cool lighting inside. The outside was spray painted with black to look like a cheetah or leapord or something stupid. 1 Place 2 Party has the best buses--they each have themes and dance lights inside with a GREAT stereo system--we brought mixed CDs and danced our booties off and they have a cool MTC bus up and running faithful 1 place 2 party customer |

The buses are so clean and so nicely decorated that you forget they where school buses at one time. I have never had a better time and they where the best and made us feel so nice.We will only use them in the future and recommend them to all who need a party bus. The new lights they have in the buses are the coolest and the stereo is kicking. They also have big bathrooms on the buses for the not so small people and allow KEGS on the buses . Like I said before we will only use them for all our trips and you would not be disapointed if you use them also.They are competitively priced with the other so called party buses but alot better and was so clean you could use the floor as a dinner table. This was this first time that we used 1place2party and we were so impressed. Marv is so professional, the bus arrived on time, and it was very clean and super nice on the inside. We loved the bumping system and the lights add that extra touch! We will never rent a bus anywhere else. In the past with “Other Companies” we have been treated with unprofessional service. Our experience over the years with the “Other Bus Company” has been that the buses have been over 1 hour late, the driver got lost and the bus broke down in the middle of Minneapolis at 2am in the morning. To rectify the situation “The Other Bus Company” gave us an hour voucher for another bus trip (like we were ever going to rent another bus that breaks down)! If you are thinking about going with any other bus company be prepared for the worst! You always get what you pay for! Marv and his crew will always go the extra mile to show you a good time!!!! CommentsWe have used the spray painted bus several times and they where late and had break downs and would not give us any price break .So we went to 1 place 2 party and they have a far superior bus the other company wishes they could match them. We had a great time and the whole exsperiance makes you want to stay on the bus the whole night. We will never go back to the other company even though they are a little cheaper but the quality is not there like 1 place 2 party The X Animal Bus Group |

Commentswe used the a bus from 1 place 2 party and it was the best time we have ever had on a party bus. We will use them for all our bus trips in the future and would recomend all to do the same. We have used several of the other companies and they dont compare to this company nice clean buses kick but stereo system and the lights they have are awesome .Marv is the coolest driver you will ever meet even though he is a owner, so call and get a bus you wont be disappointed with this cool bus company. They are new but they are coolest marv has 20 years bus experiance as driver and has most bars letting his people in free or at a reduced rate where the others cant get in free. CommentsI heard about the Ocean bus through a friend of a friend when I was planning a 21st B-Day party for my girlfriend. Just like I heard, the bus was awesome. I have had party busses in the past but they did not compare at all to the Ocean bus. We had about 35 people, 2 kegs,and the music bumping. It was a party on wheels. It made it really nice having a bathroom on the bus so we didn't have to stop every 10 minutes. Our driver Michelle was awesome and knew what Clubs/Bars would let us in for free. Marvin, thanks again. Next time we are planning a party bus we will deffinetly call you. |
CommentsThese buses are the greatest have used several in the last few months and have been very very happy. The lights and the kicking stereo are so cool and they are so nicely themed and clean we are very picky with our trip planning and we have used the other party bus company and was not happy.So call these guys you will not be disappointed with your bus .
