of a lawsuit between
All Occasion Bus & Limo (aka partybuses.com)
owned by David Ebertowski
and
Allen Peiffer personally (aka Mike)
the Plantiffs
And
1 Place 2 Party
the Defendants

was settled on December 12, 2006 and
1 Place 2 Party PREVAILED
All Occasion Bus & Limo is in default on the settlement and has had a Judgment entered against them. They have attempted to hide their assets to avoid paying 1 Place 2 Party the agreed amount of settlement sworn to under oath on the record in open court before the judge. They have now been turned over for collection.
Honest, Lawful and Truthful they are NOT !
BEWARE
We do not want to advertise this but they have left us no choice but to tell you the truth!

And if that is not enough
We are tired of them talking trash about us and telling people we rent illegal buses, we are out of business, we break down all the time, etc....

They have skipped out on paying us the thousands of dollars they owe us, they are painting their buses the same color as ours, using our name with an added word, claiming to be us and booking trips, now the same background on their website as ours. Perhaps this should be a clue to anyone renting party buses what kind of company they are!
I WOULD RUN!
I would welcome any monies that you would pay them for transportation to come to 1 Place 2 Party for this fairly large judgment since they are unwilling to pay it themselves.
